Monday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 430pm, 530pm, 630pm
Tuesday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 5:30pm, 6:30 pm
Wednesday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
***Friday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday- 8am, 10:30am

Limit 15 per class

***Friday only has two PM sessions: 4:30 and 5:30pm

 

Semi Private Training is scheduled on a one-on-one basis.
